With Mr. Lu Yuanjian – founder of Yuanli and head of Yuanli Research Institute, who hails from a chemical business family – providing strategic guidance in the background, the training centered on two core goals: breaking the boundaries of inherent cognition in management and enhancing managers' strategic vision and market insight. During the session, participants conducted in-depth discussions around practical cases such as Yuanli's over 40% market share in China's activated carbon industry, its 2023 sales revenue of CNY 2.3 billion, and the technical iteration of Catalytic Activated Carbon.
