Powdered Activated Carbon Precautions

1. Activated carbon is a porous adsorbent, so it must be absolutely prevented from being soaked in water during transportation, storage and use, because after being soaked in water, a large amount of water fills the active gaps, making it lose its function.
2. During the use of activated carbon, tar substances should be prohibited from being brought into the activated carbon bed to avoid clogging the activated carbon gaps and making it lose its adsorption function.
3. When storing or transporting activated carbon, prevent direct contact with fire sources to prevent fire.
